  • Ensure compliance with document control processes and procedures
  • Maintain the controlled Document Management System (DMS)
  • Distribute controlled copies of approved documents and drawings to project stakeholders

About You

  • Demonstrated experience in a Document Controller role, ideally within construction, infrastructure, or energy projects
  • Strong understanding of document control systems, procedures, and workflows
  • Proficiency in document management systems (e.g. Aconex, TeamBinder or similar)
  • High attention to detail with strong organisational skills
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, site-based project environment

What We Offer

  • Opportunity to work on a landmark renewable energy project
  • Exposure to large-scale, end-to-end project delivery
  • Career growth within UGL and the CIMIC Group
  • A strong safety-first culture
  • Dedicated health and wellness programs
  • Discounted private health insurance
  • Salary continuance insurance
  • Salary sacrifice and novated leasing options
  • Paid parental leave
  • Ongoing training, development, and leadership opportunities
