Your Opportunity
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Case Worker to join our dynamic, integrated team. In this rewarding role, you will work closely with women and children who are experiencing domestic and sexual violence, delivering flexible and responsive case management support tailored to individual needs.
Using a person-centred, trauma-informed approach, you will support women on their journey to healing from domestic violence, sexual assault, grief, loss, and other complex health challenges.
How You Will Contribute

Conduct comprehensive client assessments to develop, implement, monitor, and review tailored support plans, identifying strengths and risks while actively engaging clients in the process

Manage and coordinate brokerage to ensure clients receive timely and appropriate support services

Engage clients using best-practice assessment frameworks and risk minimisation strategies

Maintain transparency by sharing client plans openly with clients and, where appropriate, with partner agencies

Collaborate closely with key service providers, including government departments and community agencies

Work in partnership with stakeholders such as women’s domestic violence court advocacy services, police, Centrelink, and housing services to support positive client outcomes

Your Skills and Experience
You will have a relevant tertiary (degree) qualification in social work, community services or similar:
-
Demonstrated experience (3–4+ years) in case management within a complex support environment
-
Proven experience supporting women impacted by trauma, domestic and family violence, mental health challenges, or other forms of adversity, both via phone and face-to-face -
Strong ability to assess and respond to clients in crisis, quickly identifying needs and appropriate referral pathways -
Sound understanding of child protection frameworks and mandatory reporting obligations -
Excellent time management and organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise competing demands and deliver timely, client-focused responses -
Current Driver’s Licence
