The opportunity

We are looking for an Administration Assistant to support our GCISolutions team on the Gold Coast. Reporting to the Project Administrator, you will provide day to day administrative and office support to help keep the depot running smoothly.

This is a great opportunity for someone looking to start or build a career in administration. Previous experience is helpful but not essential. If you are organised, reliable and willing to learn, we'd like to hear from you.

Key responsibilities

• Data entry and record maintenance
• Printing, scanning, photocopying and document preparation
• Assisting with community notifications and letter drops
• Setting up and cleaning meeting rooms
• Maintaining kitchen, lunchroom and common areas
• Ordering and restocking office supplies and stationery
• Receiving mail and deliveries
• Welcoming visitors and directing them to the appropriate team member
• Filing and document management
• Providing general administrative support to the wider team

What we're looking for

• Basic Microsoft Office skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Good communication skills
• Organised and reliable approach to work
• Ability to follow instructions and work well in a team environment
• Previous administration, office support or customer service experience is desirable but not essential
• Current driver's licence and own transport
