The Team & Role
The EHR Applications Support Officer is responsible for engaging with and supporting Peninsula Care Group end users across EHR applications. The role provides second-tier support through telephone and face-to-face assistance, delivers end-user training, develops reference materials, identifies opportunities for improvement, and assists with build, testing, data corrections and audits. Working closely with other EHR Applications Support Officers, the position supports the timely delivery of service requests and EHR application updates. The role also assists the Applications Test and Release Management Lead with activities associated with EHR application release cycles and updates. Success in this role requires strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to work independently while supporting end users and application-related activities.

Skills & Experience Required
Bachelor degree in related discipline
Experience in complex healthcare or hospital setting
High level of computer literacy across applications (e.g. Windows, Office, Teams)
Experience in Tier 1/Tier 2 end user support for digital applications (desirable)
Experience with Cerner Millennium Solutions or another Electronic Health Record solution (desirable)
