If you are based in or around Launceston TAS or our other expansion cities, we want to get you on our books now. Our client pipelines are growing incredibly quickly, meaning you’ll be vetted, ready to go, and at the top of the list for immediate, regular hours the second the perfect match lands.

What You’ll Do

You won't just be checking boxes; you’ll be changing lives. Your day-to-day will focus on:

True Companionship: Building real connections, reducing isolation, and supporting emotional well-being.

Independence at Home: Personal Care, helping with light household duties, cleaning, laundry, and meal prep to keep homes safe and comfortable.

Community Connection: Getting clients out and about—driving them to social activities, shopping, and vital appointments.

What You Bring to the Team

We value heart, reliability, and professionalism above all else. To set you up for success, you will need:

Experience in Care: A solid background in domestic assistance, community transport, and supporting independent living.

Great Communication: The ability to document care accurately and communicate effectively with families and coordinators.

The Essentials: A valid First Aid & CPR Certificate, NDIS Worker Screening Check, and National Police Check (or a willingness to obtain them quickly).

A Certificate III in Aged Care, Disability, or Individual Support is highly regarded but not mandatory if you have the right experience!
