What You’ll Do

Deliver safe, high‑quality, person‑centred care

Lead and support care staff with confidence

Communicate clearly with residents, families & colleagues

Ensure safe medication management

Contribute to continuous improvement & clinical governance

Maintain professional development within your scope

What You Bring

AHPRA registration (DIV 2)

Aged care experience is great — but not essential

Strong clinical foundations & a person‑centred mindset

Confident communicator and team leader

Basic computer skills (Word, Excel)

Police Check + relevant screenings

Valid Australian working rights
