Join our high-performing team, where youll play a key role in delivering fair and transparent outcomes for customers. In this role, youll manage complex and escalated insurance claim complaints, working closely with customers, third parties, and internal teams to resolve disputes efficiently and professionally.Acting as a trusted advisor, youll ensure feedback drives continuous improvement across the business.This is a full-time position with a fun and collaborative team based in Meanjin (Brisbane Eight Mile Plains).
What You'll Do
Investigate and resolve complex and escalated insurance claim complaints Manage a portfolio of disputed claims with fairness and transparency Collaborate with members, third parties, and internal teams to achieve timely resolutions Provide expert guidance and act as a key liaison between stakeholders Ensure member feedback informs process improvements across the business Maintain compliance with regulatory and organisational standards
What You'll Bring
Experience in insurance, complaints resolution, or complex claims management Strong communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills High level of empathy and commitment to delivering fair outcomes Ability to analyse complex information and make sound decisions Confidence in managing competing priorities and engaging stakeholders at all levels
