Join Our Team – NDIS Invoicing & Accounts Officer

We Care Group

At We Care Group, we are passionate about providing high-quality, person-centred support to people living with disability. As our business continues to grow, we are looking for a dedicated and detail-focused NDIS Invoicing & Accounts Officer to join our team.

This is an important role within our organisation, helping ensure our invoicing, claims, and financial processes run smoothly so we can continue delivering exceptional support to our participants.

About the Role

You will be responsible for managing NDIS invoicing, claims, payment reconciliation, and accounts administration, ensuring all billing is accurate and compliant with current NDIS requirements.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Process and manage participant invoices accurately and on time
  • Submit and reconcile NDIS claims and payments
  • Manage accounts receivable and follow up outstanding invoices
  • Use Xero for invoicing, reconciliation, and financial tracking
  • Ensure all invoicing complies with current NDIS Pricing Arrangements and Price Limits
  • Understand and apply NDIS billing rules, including cancellation claims, travel, and support limitations
  • Communicate professionally with participants, plan managers, support coordinators, and staff regarding billing matters
  • Maintain accurate records and support financial reporting

What We’re Looking For:

✔ Strong experience using Xero (essential)

✔ Solid knowledge of NDIS invoicing and claiming requirements

✔ Understanding of the NDIS price guide, support categories, and claim limitations

✔ Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy

✔ Strong organisational and time management skills

✔ Ability to work independently and solve problems proactively

✔ Professional, friendly communication skills

Highly Valued:

  • Previous experience in disability services or NDIS administration
  • Experience with SIL, community access, and support coordination billing
