Admin Scheduler (Entry Level Opportunity)


O'Brien Electrical & Plumbing Rowville is currently seeking an enthusiastic and organised scheduler to join our team. This is an excellent entry-level opportunity for someone looking to start or grow their career within the construction, electrical, and plumbing industries.


Key Responsibilities:


Assist with daily scheduling of works and coordinating with site teams
Update internal systems with job progress and completions
Liaise with subcontractors and suppliers regarding schedules and timelines
General administrative tasks to ensure smooth workflow operations
Managing purchase orders and work orders


What We’re Looking for:


Excellent organisational and time management skills
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage competing priorities
Previous scheduling or administration experience is an advantage
