Fast Food Manager Required

Cross Eatery is a fast-paced, casual dining destination in the heart of Sydney CBD, known for delivering high-quality food, exceptional service, and a welcoming dining experience. We pride ourselves on operational excellence, innovation, and creating memorable experiences for our customers.

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Fast Food Manager to oversee daily operations, manage staff, and ensure smooth service delivery. Skills required are Diploma in Hospitality Management or in a similar field, or demonstrate equivalent industry experience. Attributes required are hands-on, customer-focused, and capable of driving both operational excellence and business growth. Only shortlisted people will be notified.

Salary Range: $77,000 to $85,000 plus super

Job Status: Full-time

Key Tasks include:

· Oversee daily operations to deliver smooth, efficient service and a high-quality casual dining experience

· Maintain consistent food quality, presentation, and service standards aligned with the Cross Eatery brand

· Ensure compliance with all food safety, health, and hygiene regulations

· Lead, train, and support front- and back-of-house teams, building a positive and engaged culture

· Monitor performance and provide ongoing coaching to develop a strong, motivated team

· Deliver a welcoming, guest-focused experience, managing feedback and resolving issues professionally

· Foster a guest-centric culture to drive repeat business and positive reviews

· Manage inventory, stock ordering, and waste control to ensure optimal efficiency

· Maintain supplier relationships to support quality and cost control

· Monitor food and labour costs, track sales performance, and identify opportunities to improve profitability

· Maintain accurate operational records across sales, expenses, and stock

· Support promotions and in-store initiatives to enhance sales and awareness

· Identify opportunities to increase foot traffic and strengthen brand presence

Pay: $76,000.00 – $86,342.44 per year
