About the Role

We are currently seeking a passionate and enthusiastic Pastry Chef / Baker to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who loves pastry, takes pride in their work, and wants further to develop their skills in a professional bakery setting.

You will work alongside an experienced team in a positive, fast-paced environment with a strong focus on quality, training, and teamwork.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and bake a range of high-quality pastries and baked products
• Follow recipes and production schedules to ensure consistency
• Ensure food safety, hygiene, and workplace cleanliness standards are met
• Assist with daily production planning, stock preparation, and pastry packing
• Maintain a clean, organised, and efficient pastry kitchen
• Maintain a safe workplace and ensure responsible operation of equipment

About You

• Passionate about baking and pastry craftsmanship
• Minimum 1 year of professional baking experience
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team
• Reliable, punctual, and committed to high standards

Job Types: Part-time, Casual

Pay: $30.00 – $35.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 30 per week
