As our business continues to grow, we are seeking an experienced Mortgage Broker to join our dynamic team.

About the Role

Key Responsibilities:

· Assess and understand clients’ specific finance needs.

· Research and evaluate suitable loan products offered by various lenders, customized to align with the client’s finance needs and circumstances.

· Provide personalized, trustworthy lending advice to clients regarding loan products and options, and recommend appropriate combinations to meet their requirements.

· Negotiate with lenders to secure competitive rates and terms on behalf of clients.

· Manage the entire mortgage application process from submission to settlement within the required timeframe.

· Effectively communicate and liaise with clients, lenders, solicitors, and other stakeholders.

· Prepare detailed documents outlining the terms of finance, repayment timelines, and loan durations.

· Address and resolve client inquiries, conversations, and concerns throughout the finance application process.

· Ensure compliance by managing relevant documents and accurately entering client information.

· Follow up with clients post settlement to ensure satisfaction and address any additional needs.

· Effectively manage client loan book.

· Stay updated on industry trends and regulations to provide informed advice and support.

Qualifications & Experience Required:

· A minimum Certificate IV in Finance and Mortgage Broking or above is required

· At least 3 years of work experience in the role of a Mortgage Broker

· Proven track record of successful mortgage transactions

· Demonstrated excellent communication and negotiation skills

· Ability to effectively build rapport with clients and establish a strong local network

· Strong numerical and analytical skills with attention to details

· Being self-motivated and being capable of working autonomously

· Ability to manage workload and responsibilities effectively

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $75,000.00 – $85,000.00 per year
