About the Role

As a Financial Support Officer, you'll manage your own portfolio of customers, working proactively to understand their circumstances and deliver solutions that help them meet their financial commitments. Your Responsibilities

Work as part of a team to support customers seeking financial hardship assistance, working towards mutually beneficial outcomes for both the customer and the business.
Build positive relationships with customers through empathetic and professional conversations.
Negotiate suitable repayment arrangements tailored to individual circumstances.
Resolve customer enquiries efficiently, striving for first-call resolution wherever possible.
Ensure all activities comply with NCCP guidelines and internal policies.
Work collaboratively with teams across Nissan Financial Services to achieve the best customer outcomes.
Contribute ideas that improve customer experience, team performance and business processes.

About You
