If you’re someone who thrives on the floor, leads by example, and knows how to deliver exceptional guest service while driving team engagement and operational excellence — this could be the perfect next step in your hospitality journey.

You’ll play a key role in delivering our superior guest service experience and will respond to guest needs and issues as they arise. You’ll supervise, direct, and support our F&B teams with their day-to-day operations, ensuring engagement, development and a consistent standard of excellence throughout all service periods.

Every day is different, but you’ll mostly be:
  • Directing, coaching, and developing a team of committed hospitality professionals
  • Delivering exceptional guest and corporate experiences by setting high standards and finding new ways to exceed them
  • Managing food and beverage standards to deliver against our commitment to responsible business practices
  • Working closely with the General Manager and Finance team to set, monitor and refine budgets and drive revenue
  • Overseeing daily team performance, coaching and mentoring staff on service standards and guest engagement
  • Handling guest feedback and resolving issues promptly to ensure a positive experience

What We need from you:
  • At least 2 - 3 years experience in a hotel food & beverage or restaurant leadership position
  • Extensive beer, wine, and cocktail knowledge
  • Previous experience with point-of-sale systems, in particular Shiji – Infrasys, would be highly advantageous
  • Previous experience managing team rosters
  • A current NSW Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • A dynamic, confident, and professional personality with a genuine passion for hospitality
  • High standard of personal presentation and attention to detail
  • Flexibility to work across a 7-day rotating roster including nights, weekends and public holidays
  • We are open to offering visa sponsorship for the right candidate
