About the role

Based at our InfraBuild Recycling Hexham site, the Operator will perform a range of duties within the metal recycling yard. This is a permanent day shift role with hours from 7am to 3pm, Monday to Friday. There will be on-the-job training provided and excellent opportunities for career progression/multi skilling.


Pay rate for this role is $33.14 per hour plus super.


What you will be doing:

  • Operating forklifts to load and unload trucks and shipping containers
  • Performing manual handling tasks
  • Maintaining cleanliness in the yard and operational areas
  • Conducting daily checks on mobile plant
  • Adhering to safety procedures at all times
