We are seeking a Franchise Operations / Partnerships Manager to join our ANZ Franchising team on a permanent basis. Reporting to the Head of Franchising (ANZ), you will play a key role in supporting the franchise network across ANZ through franchise partner engagement, onboarding, and relationship management, while also assisting with the identification and assessment of new franchise partners where required.

How You’ll Make an Impact

• Manage the end-to-end franchise recruitment process, from enquiry through to onboarding
• Attract and assess high-quality, values-aligned franchise partners across the ANZ network
• Support franchise share sale and ownership transition activities, facilitating due diligence requirements, and assisting stakeholders throughout the process
• Build and maintain a pipeline of prospective franchisees through proactive sourcing and marketing initiatives
• Partner with Marketing to drive lead generation and conversion outcomes
• Ensure compliance with franchise disclosure, due diligence, and governance requirements
• Coordinate onboarding and facilitate seamless transitions to operational support teams
• Act as a trusted point of contact for prospective and newly onboarded franchise partners
• Monitor recruitment and pipeline performance, providing insights and recommendations
• Continuously improve recruitment, onboarding, and franchise partner engagement processes

What You’ll Bring to the Team

• Experience in franchise recruitment within a multi-site, retail, hospitality, or service-based environment (experience with shareholder or joint venture models highly regarded)
• Strong understanding of franchise models, disclosure obligations, and the Franchising Code of Conduct (essential)
• Proven ability to build, manage, and convert a structured pipeline to achieve growth targets
• Experience managing franchise recruitment, sales, or onboarding processes
• Strong stakeholder management skills across internal teams, franchise prospects, and external partners
• Highly developed communication, negotiation, and influencing skills
• Strong organisation, initiative, and time management capability in a fast-paced environment
• High attention to detail with strong compliance and documentation accuracy
• Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools
• Tertiary qualifications in business, commerce, marketing, or a related discipline (desirable)
