About the Role:
An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced Franchise Support Manager to join the team and support franchise members across Queensland and Northern New South Wales.
Reporting directly to the Managing Director, you will act as a key brand ambassador, partnering with franchisees to improve operational performance, strengthen profitability, implement business improvement initiatives, and maximise growth opportunities.
Working collaboratively with fellow Franchise Support Managers and the broader leadership team, you will provide hands-on support, coaching, and strategic guidance to franchise members while ensuring alignment with the group's systems, standards, and objectives.
In addition, you will also lead the group's training portfolio, overseeing training programs, supplier partnerships, coordinate the training calendar, and online learning platform to build capability and support network performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with franchise members and suppliers
  • Support franchisees in improving operational performance and profitability
  • Analyse business performance and identify growth opportunities
  • Coordinate marketing and promotional initiatives across the network
  • Provide retail, merchandising, and operational support
  • Deliver training, coaching, and development programs
  • Monitor compliance with franchise standards and systems
  • Assist with onboarding and integration of new franchise members
  • Support the implementation of network-wide business initiatives
  • Contribute to the ongoing growth and success of the franchise group

  • Strong financial and commercial acumen, including P&L analysis
  • Ability to identify opportunities for business improvement and growth
  • Exceptional relationship-building and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication abilities
  • Experience delivering training, coaching, mentoring, and support
  • Proven ability to influence outcomes and drive performance improvements
  • Well-developed organisational and time management skills
