    • Previous warehouse experience a plus.
    • Picking, packing and processing of orders to be sent out.
    • Maintaining a clean and tidy work area and warehouse.
    • This role includes cool room work/organisation, with an early start time on Mondays.
    • Well-developed communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Warehouse work - helping head store man put away stock.
    • Some freezer & Fridge work - Freezer allowance paid.
    • Previous experience in food manufacturing, packing, or warehousing (desirable but not essential).
    • Operate packing line equipment (after training).
    • Food production, pick packing and/or warehouse experience preferred (training provided).

Operations crew working across warehouse, food & bakery production | Bayswater | $33.19/hr | Great Hours + Mornings Free + Team Culture is fantastic!

Join Tasty Fresh Food Co., a proudly Australian business keeping workplaces fed with fresh food daily.

From our Bayswater depot, you’ll be part of the afternoon crew pick packing food to stock our lunch vans. Depending on the day and what's needed, you may also be working with the food or bakery production crew, or out in the warehouse, or a combination of them all! Your hard work all contributes to our 30 lunch vans being ready to go the next day!

Experience in Bakery/food production preferred but not essential.

Warehouse/coldroom/pick pack experience preferred but not essential.

Forklift licence highly regarded.

What’s on Offer

  • $33.19/hr casual adult rate (21+)
  • Monday to Friday rotating roster, shifts between 12pm - 9pm - Occasional Sundays may be required
  • 3–5 shifts per week, 5-8 hours per shift, potential to work approx. 20-30 hours per week - reliability and consistency recognised

Typical duties include:

  • Pick packing food into tubs in a cold room environment (3-9 degrees)
  • Prepare, portion, process food products
  • Follow recipes and methods and work instructions
  • Make sure our quality is up to standards accurately
  • Receive and store stock where required
  • Maintain food safety, quality standards, hygiene and cleanliness at all times
  • Support workflow and productivity across the shift

Team members may work across Bakery, Production or Warehouse depending on operational priorities and shift requirements.

No two shifts are the same — but reliability, attention to detail and teamwork are key.

  • Comfortable working in cool environments (3–9°C)
  • Physically fit – able to lift up to 15kg, bend, stretch, and move freely

  • Drive and motivation to achieve and exceed targets
  • Strong communicator with the ability to work independently and within a team
  • Full Australian work rights and a driver licence with reliable transport (required due to early starts)
  • Food production and/or warehouse experience is preferred but not essential (training provided)
  • Forklift licence highly regarded but not essential
