What you’ll be doing:
You'll provide professional administrative and coordination support that enables the team to operate efficiently and effectively. From managing competing priorities and maintaining accurate records to coordinating administrative processes and responding to enquiries, you'll play an important role in supporting day-to-day operations. Working closely with staff, volunteers and stakeholders, you'll ensure tasks are completed accurately, on time and with a strong customer focus.

The ideal candidate will be a highly organised and proactive administrative professional with strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills. They will thrive in a fast-paced environment, effectively manage competing priorities, and deliver high-quality administrative support while building positive relationships with staff and volunteers.
