With continued growth across New South Wales, Victoria, Queensland and internationally, we are seeking a reliable and motivated Customer Service Representative to become the first point of contact for our customers and support our daily operations.

About The Role

Every day is different in this role. You will assist customers, support internal teams, and help keep our office running smoothly.

You will be the first point of contact for customers over the phone, while coordinating closely with sales, warehouse, and operations teams to ensure enquiries and orders are handled efficiently.

This role plays an important part in our daily operations, and we are looking for someone who is reliable, professional, and committed to providing excellent customer service every day.

Key Responsibilities

  • Answering calls and responding to customer enquiries professionally and efficiently
  • Processing orders, forms, applications, and customer requests accurately
  • Managing relationships with existing customers by providing excellent support
  • Identifying and addressing customer needs to enhance satisfaction and loyalty
  • Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of company products and services
  • Coordinating with sales, warehouse, and operations teams to streamline order flow
  • Monitoring and reporting customer feedback or service issues
  • Ensuring compliance with company procedures and service standards
  • Supporting continuous improvement of customer service processes

What We Are Looking For

We are looking for someone who is friendly, organised, and confident in dealing with customers.

Minimum requirements

  • At least 1 year of experience in customer service, reception, or office administration (highly preferred)
  • Strong communication skills both in person and over the phone
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to multitask in a busy environment
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office

Highly regarded

  • Experience in automotive, wholesale, or logistics industries
  • Experience handling orders, invoices, or customer accounts
