About the role:
Operating within Workforce Systems Administration , the HR/Payroll Data Analyst provides specialist expertise in undertaking workforce data quality, cleansing and remediation activities across ACU's people, workforce, payroll, and time and attendance systems. The position is responsible for complex data validation, investigation of data integrity issues, root cause analysis and the implementation of systemic remediation actions to improve the accuracy, reliability and governance of workforce data. The HR/Payroll Data Analyst will make contributions to data migration, conversion and bulk update activities and system readiness activities by preparing, validating, reconciling and documenting workforce data in line with approved project and operational requirements. Working under the direction of the Manager - Workforce Systems, the role plays an important role in data cleansing activities in the university's forthcoming Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) program of work therefore an understanding of people management platforms, preferably Aurion, and HRIS systems is required.

- Total remuneration valued to $124,509 - $134,699 total rem (pro rata) pa, including salary component $105,212 - $113,823 (pro rata) pa (HEW 7), employer contribution to superannuation and annual leave loading.
- 17% employer superannuation contributions to eligible continuing and fixed-term staff.
- Annual leave loading of an equivalent to 17.5% of four weeks' salary pro rata payable, dependent on your commencement date.
