Responsibilities

  • Perform pre-work checks and complete check sheets to ensure readiness.
  • Conduct maintenance and repairs on essential service equipment.
  • Inspect and test systems to ensure compliance with safety standards.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues quickly and effectively.
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and report any deficiencies.
  • Work closely with team members to coordinate tasks and meet deadlines.



Qualifications

  • Relevant Trade Qualification (Dual Trade in Air Conditioning and Electrical preferred).
  • Proven experience in Essential Services and HVAC systems.
  • Knowledge of AS1851-2012 Section 13 and a reasonable understanding of AS1668.
  • Experience with commissioning smoke management systems.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Excellent time management and ability to work collaboratively.
