About the Team
Our Sydney Operations team is a close‑knit and collaborative group responsible for the day‑to‑day running of the office. The team currently comprises our Office Manager, Receptionist and part-time Office Clerk who work closely together to ensure a seamless and professional experience for our people and clients. This full-time Office Clerk role reports to the Office Manager.

About the Role
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a professional and enthusiastic Office Clerk to join our Sydney team on a full-time basis, working onsite from our CBD office. The Office Clerk position is an entry-level role and involves a range of administrative duties to support the office.

Duties of this role will include:

  • general office administration support including filing, archiving, scanning, photocopying and printing legal documentation;
  • collecting/distributing incoming mail and posting outgoing mail;
  • responding to incoming deliveries via the loading dock
  • external tasks including court filing, document delivery, court trolley delivering, delivering urgent items to Court during hearings, deliveries for departments and committees, adhoc purchases from CBD suppliers);
  • organising catering and assisting with internal/external events and firm initiatives;
  • attending to and ensuring the kitchen, meeting rooms and photocopy areas are maintained at a high standard including emptying the dishwasher and general tidiness of the kitchen area;
  • kitchen and office supplies ordering and unpacking;
  • providing reception coverage including attending to meeting rooms, greeting clients, answering the phone, taking messages, etc; and
  • other adhoc duties across the office, including assisting other offices nationally as required.
