Head Chef

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Head Chef to lead our kitchen team in a fast-paced and growing restaurant environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, train, and manage the kitchen team
  • Ensure consistent food quality and presentation standards
  • Oversee food preparation and service during busy periods
  • Manage stock ordering, inventory, and food cost control
  • Maintain food safety, cleanliness, and compliance standards
  • Develop efficient kitchen procedures and workflows
  • Assist with menu development and seasonal specials
  • Create a positive and productive team culture

Requirements

  • Previous experience as a Head Chef, Sous Chef, or similar leadership role
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage a busy kitchen
  • Experience with stock management and cost control
  • Sound knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations
  • Reliable, organised, and passionate about delivering quality food
