Balgowlah, Northern Beaches Sydney - Casual

Positive Energy Health + Fitness is looking for an experienced, friendly and energetic Barista to join our growing team.

Positive Energy is more than a fitness studio. We’re a wellness space built around movement, connection and mental wellbeing, bringing together fitness, recovery and a welcoming café under one roof.

About the role

You’ll be responsible for creating consistently great coffee while providing the warm, friendly service Positive Energy is known for.

Your day may include:

  • Making high-quality coffee quickly and consistently
  • Preparing smoothies, juices and simple café items
  • Providing friendly and genuine customer service
  • Taking orders and processing payments
  • Keeping the café clean, organised and beautifully presented
  • Restocking and assisting with general café operations
  • Getting to know our members and becoming part of the Positive Energy community-

About you

We’d love to hear from you if you:

  • Have previous barista experience
  • Are confident working independently during busy periods
  • Have strong coffee-making skills and attention to detail
  • Are naturally friendly, positive and great with people
  • Are reliable, organised and proactive
  • Enjoy working as part of a close-knit team
  • Are available for early morning and weekend shifts

Pay: $30.00 – $35.00 per hour
