Cibaria Manly is one of Sydney's premier Italian dining destinations, located on the iconic Manly beachfront. Inspired by the Italian piazza, our all-day venue brings together a vibrant Caffetteria, Trattoria, Gelateria, Bar and Event spaces, creating a true European dining experience from breakfast through to late evening.

We are currently looking for an enthusiastic Casual Café All-Rounder to join our Caffetteria team.

Essential Requirements

• Full Australian working rights
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a café or hospitality environment
• Availability to work early mornings, weekends and public holidays
• Friendly, energetic and customer-focused attitude
• Excellent communication skills and fluent English
• Exceptional personal presentation
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Current NSW Food Handler knowledge (or willingness to obtain)
• Barista experience highly regarded

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service in a busy café environment
• Prepare and serve coffee, beverages and light food items
• Operate the POS and process customer transactions
• Restock display cabinets and retail products
• Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the café, dining areas and coffee station
• Assist with opening and closing procedures
• Work collaboratively with the kitchen and front-of-house teams
• Ensure food safety and hygiene standards are maintained at all times
