Our groundbreaking flagship Social Wellness Club features an 'all day concept' with a full state-of-the-art gym, group exercise classes, reformer pilates, cold plunge, sauna and spa. Our Bondi Junction club is kitted with the latest innovation and services, including recovery zones, business lounge, co-working spaces, health food café, personal trainers, instructors, nutritionists and other health professionals.

The Gig:
Reporting to the Store Manager, you'll be a cafe all-rounder by preparing recipes, drinks, providing heartfelt service and ensuring cleanliness in the cafe. We're open to both part-time and casual working arrangements.

In a nutshell:

• You'll prepare the cafe working area by cleaning equipment, utensils and dishes
• You'll prepare orders as per order slips (drinks, smoothies, coffees and healthy wraps and salads are on the menu!)
• You'll take orders from customers and provide them with exceptional customer service in a fast-paced cafe environment
• You'll work collaboratively in a team with other crew members
• You'll practice "clean as you go" at all times and ensure consistently high hygiene standards in the store
• You'll be on top of all cafe promotions, standards and specifications
• You'll monitor and replenish stock levels to ensure smooth service

All about you:

• You have aligned experience working as a cafe-all rounder for at least 1 year. A+ for you.
• You're comfortable working with a 7-day rotating roster and can work a non-traditional schedule
• You love to create refreshing experiences for people as much as you love to guarantee a super safe and presentable environment for all.
• You are people focused. You're warm, honest and genuine and work well under pressure.
• You are self-assured. You listen intently. You speak eloquently. You can explain just about anything to anyone and you're comfortable communicating at all levels.
• You don't get flustered easily. You're comfortable managing your time and can be counted on to deliver.
• You have a can-do approach. You think on your feet. You're cool with ambiguity, and you roll with the punches when things change.
