Full-time Contract

37.5 hours per week


$82,426 - $91,689 per annum

Total Effective Package*

$102,928 - $113,490


About the role

The role of the Desktop Support Officer is to provide technical support for staff, guests and other stakeholders using IT products and services. This includes assisting with network and application access and the delivery, installation and maintenance of computers, notebooks, desk phones and mobile phones.


To be considered for this position, you will require:

  • Certificate IV qualification or studying towards in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
  • Willingness, ability and appropriate levels of health and fitness to travel to and work from remote locations.
  • Hold a valid NT Driver's licence.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with strong focus on service delivery.
  • Has long-term interest in the IT industry, enjoys learning about and working with the latest IT products with a willingness to undertake training and obtain relevant certifications
