IT Support jobs in Docklands VIC

We're on the lookout for a friendly, reliable person to join our team! If you enjoy hands-on work, like staying organised, and feel comfortable around IT gear like laptops, phones, and tablets, this could be a great fit for you.

Hours: At least 4 days per week, 10:00am – 3:00pm

What you'll be doing:

• Processing returns and getting items ready to send out
• Helping test and troubleshoot returned IT equipment
• Following our easy-to-learn processes and guides
• Keeping your work area tidy and organised
• Working alongside a friendly team
• Keeping a cool head when things get busy

What we're hoping you'll bring:

• Availability at least 4 days per week
• Reliability, punctuality, and a willingness to learn
• A team-player attitude
• Some previous work experience
• Comfort following instructions and procedures
• A bit of IT know-how, or genuine interest in picking it up
• The ability to stay relaxed during busier moments

The trial:
To help us both make sure it's the right fit, we may invite you to a short paid trial (1–3 hours). We'll also reach out to your references afterwards, so it's worth having someone ready to chat on your behalf.

Pay: $30.00 – $38.28 per hour

Work Location: In person
