Jenny & Hana Pty Ltd is a growing transport business based in Erskine Park, NSW. We operate a fleet of trucks under contract with a major, well-known Australian transportation company. As a close-knit team of under 10 employees, we value reliability, efficiency, and seamless operations.

The Role
We are seeking a versatile, full-time ICT Support Technician to manage and maintain our business technology and fleet tech systems. You will ensure our office systems and in-cab truck technologies run smoothly to prevent any operational downtime. This is a hands-on role perfect for someone who enjoys a mix of standard IT support and specialized transport technology.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain office IT infrastructure, including PCs, printers, networks, and software.
  • Manage in-cab truck technologies, including GPS tracking, telematics, and electronic work diaries (EWDs).
  • Troubleshoot hardware and software issues promptly to keep our fleet moving.
  • Liaise with our primary contracting partner's IT department to ensure system compliance.
  • Manage data backups, cybersecurity basics, and user access for our small team.
  • Provide onboarding setup for new devices and communication tools used by our drivers.

Qualifications & Experience

  • A diploma or a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology.
  • Proven experience in IT technical support or helpdesk roles.
  • Familiarity with transport management systems, GPS tracking, or fleet telematics is highly regarded.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
  • Excellent communication skills to assist both office staff and truck drivers.
  • Current Australian driver's licence and reliable transport to Erskine Park.

What We Offer

  • Salary: $75,000 – $80,000 per annum + superannuation (dependent on experience).
