Crommelin is a proudly Australian-owned manufacturer of premium waterproofing membranes, concrete and stone sealers, paints, and specialty coatings. We supply top-tier products across the building, construction, and decorative industries—and we’re looking for a reliable, motivated individual to join our production team.

You will receive hands-on 1-on-1 training from our Senior Paint Maker, who brings over 25 years of industry mastery to the table. Whether you have previous experience or are just highly motivated to learn, we will give you the tools to build a long-term career in the coatings industry.

What You'll Be Doing

As part of our production team, you'll play an important role in manufacturing high-quality paints, sealers and specialty coatings used across Australia.

Your day will include:

  • Measuring and weighing raw materials accurately
  • Operating mixers, dispersers and other production equipment
  • Blending and manufacturing paint and coating products
  • Monitoring production to ensure quality standards are achieved
  • Completing production documentation
  • Maintaining a clean, organised and safe workplace
  • Following workplace safety procedures and handling materials safely
  • Working closely with an experienced and supportive team

We're Looking For Someone Who

  • Is reliable, punctual and takes pride in their work
  • Enjoys practical, hands-on work
  • Has strong attention to detail
  • Can follow instructions accurately
  • Has basic maths skills and is confident working with measurements
  • Works well independently and within a team
  • Has a positive attitude and is eager to learn

Experience in manufacturing, warehousing, food processing, chemical processing or production environments is highly regarded, but full training will be provided.
