IT Support Officer

Join a growing company where technology keeps the business running smoothly. An IT Support Officer provides hands-on technical support to staff and helps solve everyday IT issues across computers, systems, and networks.

What You’ll Do

  • Provide IT support to staff and users
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software & network issues
  • Set up computers, laptops & user accounts
  • Support Microsoft 365, Windows & business systems
  • Manage helpdesk tickets and technical requests
  • Assist with cybersecurity and system maintenance
  • Support remote users and office technology

What We’re Looking For

  • IT qualification or relevant experience
  • Strong troubleshooting & communication skills
  • Knowledge of Windows, Microsoft 365 & networking
  • Experience with helpdesk or ticketing systems
  • Customer-focused attitude and problem-solving ability
