accurate inventory and configuration records in conjunction with the Office Manager.
3. Diagnose, escalate, and coordinate resolution of system outages and high-priority issues in collaboration with the Digital Solutions

Coordinator.
4. Monitor systems and provide timely updates to stakeholders and assist incident management until resolution.
5. Assist with system maintenance tasks as agreed with the Digital Solutions Coordinator.
6. Coordinate with third-party IT providers and external agency IT teams (e.g., NTG IT, DCDD, police IT, digital transformation/court

teams, defence agencies) to resolve cross‑organisational issues.
7. Identify gaps in procedures, recommend technical or process improvements, and escalate upgrade or procurement needs to the Digital

Solutions Coordinator.
8. Assist with agreed system maintenance tasks (patching, basic server/service checks, backups) and user onboarding and offboarding.
