Full job description
We are currently looking for an administrator/junior bookkeeper to join our team located at our office in Dandenong South.
You will play an essential role in our office and this role will you see working across a diverse range of functions, encompassing administrative and accounts duties.
Your Key Responsibilities would be:
- Accounts receivable and payable duties
- Sending weekly invoices and Statement to customers
- Setting up new customer account in the system and updating customer and supplier information if needed
- Processing credit claims for customer
- Processing credit account application
- Debt collection
- Processing supplier invoices and reconciling supplier statement
- Promptly attending to customer and supplier enquiry
- Some Bank reconciliations
- Credit card reconciliations
- Providing ad hoc administrative support to the Manager and other administrative team members
- Filing all the documents
To be successful in this role you will need:
- Excellent verbal & written communication
- General knowledge of Excel, Word, and MS Outlook
- Passion for ongoing learning
- Ability to multi-task and manage competing priorities
- Dedicated, hard-working and committed
- High attention to detail and the ability to work with accuracy
- Excellent time management and problem-solving skills
- Team player with the ability to work autonomously
- Ability to problem solve and demonstrate initiative
Experience/Qualifications:
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in similar role
- SAP Business One experience would be ideal
