What we are looking for

No experience, no problems. We provide all the training necessary for you to kick start your new role with Domino’s Kalamunda. A few non negotiables:

  • You must be a team player and have an appetite for learning.
  • You must be passionate about providing outstanding customer service.
  • You must be willing to put in the effort to succeed

What you’ll be doing

  • Exceptional Customer Service: At Domino's Kalamunda, our customer's come first! This means every interaction with the customer is polite, friendly, and served with a smile.
  • Taking Customers Orders: Both over the phone and in-store, you will be the first and only point of contact for most of our customers! All training on how to use our POS system is provided. All you need to bring is your smile & determination.
  • Cash Handling: For orders requiring cash payment, a basic level of mathematics is required to be able to provide accurate change for orders. Training on how to take Eftpos transactions is provided
  • Store Cleanliness: When not assisting customers, you will be assisting the team on tackling everyday cleaning tasks with precision, ensuring our store is consistently tidy and ready for action.

Whilst your journey may start out on the front counter providing exceptional customer service, it certainly doesn't end there! For those individuals who put in the effort and show us their HUSTLE, further training on other key store stations is provided and encouraged!
