WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

• Are you able to perform general maintenance tasks for both the interior and exterior of a health facility?
• Do you have experience with grounds maintenance, machinery operation, and gardening functions?
• Are you confident following WHS requirements and maintaining a safe work environment?
• Do you enjoy contributing to teamwork, training, and continuous improvement initiatives?

HOW WILL YOU CONTRIBUTE?

• Maintain the health unit’s facilities and grounds, performing maintenance, carpentry, painting, plumbing, and mechanical tasks.
• Operate machinery, including forklifts and tractors, and maintain watering systems and garden areas.
• Support safe work practices and compliance with workplace health, safety, and infection control requirements.
• Assist in training and guiding other employees to ensure effective service delivery.
• Participate in continuous improvement activities and contribute to a positive, collaborative team culture.
