  • Monday - Friday | Occasional evening or weekends as required - flexibility is a must
  • Located in Keysborough
  • Working with a great team and experienced chef to cater for the clients retail spaces and events.

The Person

  • Experience in food and beverage management
  • Ability to work under pressure while maintaining a positive outlook and professional manner
  • Experience in workplace health and safety issues
  • Strong communication with client, staff and customers
  • Holds a current WWCC or ability to obtain one
  • Intermediate computer/Microsoft office skills
  • Has a current RSA with the knowledge of managing a liquor licence

The Position

  • Responsible for stock control, budgets, staff mentoring and training both front and back of house
  • Plan and organise events
  • Manage labour and food costs
  • Lead and manage staff members
  • Maintain client and customer satisfaction
