  • Support documentation preparation, execution and distribution
Legal Administration & Document Control
  • Maintain organised, auditable filing systems and document registers
  • Manage and draft templates, formatting and version control
  • Provide administrative support including correspondence, agendas and minutes
  • Ensure governance compliance and accurate statutory documentation
Stakeholder Support & Process Improvement
  • Act as a key contact for legal documentation requests across the business
  • Build strong relationships across Property, Franchising and Operations
  • Identify opportunities to improve systems, workflows and document management
About You

  • 2+ years’ experience in a legal support, paralegal or legal admin role
  • Strong experience preparing legal documentation (commercial or franchising preferred)
  • High attention to detail with ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Solid knowledge of Microsoft Office and document management systems
Desirable
  • Experience in franchised or multi-site retail/QSR environments
  • Familiarity with legal systems including Lawvu, Docusign or similar
  • Paralegal qualification or relevant tertiary study

  • Paid Good Deed days supporting a charity that means something to you.
  • Extra day of leave in your birthday month to celebrate.
  • 26 weeks paid parental leave.
Don't let the passion for chicken fool you, we're a very human organisation and put our people first. Hard working, caring and fun, we enjoy a collaborative culture where our key ingredient is our people who strive to be their best.

If this sounds like the type of place you can spread your wings, apply today.

We truly believe that bringing together people from diverse backgrounds is key to our ability to continue to grow and do our best work. That’s why we want you to apply even if you don’t think you tick all the boxes – we’re looking for many different skills and abilities to build our culture.
