About the role- Permanent, Full-time & hybrid role, based out of our Adelaide, Brisbane, or Toowoomba Head Office.

We’re looking for a customer-focused and detail-oriented Relationship Support Officer to join our Lending Assessment team. This role plays a critical part in supporting our Third-Party Lending applications, acting as a key link between mortgage brokers, customers, and our lending assessment teams to ensure a seamless and positive lending experience.

Your key responsibilities will include:
  • Managing broker enquiries and providing timely updates throughout the lending process.
  • Processing and allocating lending related tasks and cases using Salesforce and other systems.
  • Monitoring workflow and service levels to ensure SLA targets are achieved.
  • Delivering high-quality customer services while maintaining accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Supporting lending teams through efficient administration and application processing
  • Maintaining compliance with lending policies, procedures, regulatory obligations and risk requirements.

You are a highly organised professional who takes pride in delivering accurate and high-quality work. With experience in administrative, lending or financial services environments, you have a strong focus on compliance, process adherence and clear communication to ensure seamless outcomes for our customers and brokers. You thrive in a fast-paced setting, effectively managing multiple tasks while ensuring policies, procedures and regulatory requirements are consistently met.

To be successful in this role, you’ll bring:
  • Experience delivering high-quality customer service and building positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of home lending processes and an understanding of real estate lending practices and regulatory requirements.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce and Microsoft Officer applications
  • A proactive mindset with a focus on risk management, continuous improvement and delivering efficient customer and broker experiences.
