  • Pay based on experience up to $47 per hour!

  • Help us to make a difference in people’s lives every day!

We’re looking for casual and permanent part-time Support Workers in Cairns and surrounding suburbs to join our team. Whether you’ve done this before or you’re new and passionate about helping others — we’d love to hear from you.


What you will be doing

No two days are the same — you’ll be supporting people to live independently and do the things that matter to them.

This could include:

  • Personal care (showering, dressing, toileting)
  • Helping with meals, cleaning and daily tasks
  • Supporting someone to get out into the community
  • Attending appointments or social activities
  • Medication support
  • Assisting with mobility (including hoists where required)

Shifts available

Shifts are available across a variety of times, and we will work with you to build a permanent roster that suits your availability.

We welcome applications from anyone interested, especially those available for:

  • Early mornings (from 6am)
  • Overnight/sleepover shifts



What you’ll need

  • A passion for people and a focus on great customer service
  • A commitment to working together to deliver great outcomes
  • Great listening and respectful communication skills
  • Current First Aid & CPR certificates (or willing to obtain)
  • Blue Card & NDIS Worker Screening Check (we can help you get these)
  • Driver’s licence and/or reliable transport
