Heston MRO offer services to a diverse range of domestic and international airline companies and has been operating since 1992. Some of the services include aircraft storage, engine on-wing maintenance, defect rectification, ground support, refuelling, certification of airworthiness and parts and components.

As part of our continued growth, we are now looking for qualified Aircraft Maintenance Engineers to join our Melbourne VIC Station on a full-time basis.

What We’re Looking For

We're seeking motivated and experienced professionals who can contribute to our strong safety culture and customer-focused operations.

Selection Criteria:

To be successful, you will need to meet the following requirements:

  • Certificate IV in Aeroskills (or equivalent)
  • Hands-on experience working on commercial aircraft, ideally in a line maintenance environment
  • Familiarity with aviation maintenance regulations from the relevant regulatory authority (e.g., CASA)
  • Eligibility for ASIC and ADA
  • A valid state driver’s licence
  • Australian citizenship, permanent residency, or a valid visa permitting full-time work in Australia
  • Strong written and spoken English communication skills
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

A disciplined approach to safety and a proactive attitude are essential. Previous experience in a fast-paced maintenance environment will be highly regarded.
