ABOUT US
We are Australia’s leading K-Beauty and cosmetics retailer, with 15 stores across the country, bringing top Korean and global brands to local customers. We’re passionate about beauty, service, and creating inspiring in-store experiences.

ABOUT THE ROLE
We’re excited to welcome passionate, customer-focused team members to join our LaCosmetique store at Emporium Melbourne. This new store will be opening around End of July.

As a Retail Sales & Beauty Advisor, you’ll deliver exceptional service, share expert product knowledge, and help customers discover the best in K-Beauty, skincare, and cosmetics. Both Part-time and Casual Role available.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

  • Create a warm and welcoming environment for every customer
  • Engage with clients to understand their beauty needs and recommend suitable products
  • Demonstrate product features and share skincare and makeup advice
  • Maintain strong product knowledge and stay up to date with beauty trends
  • Ensure the store is beautifully presented and fully stocked
  • Assist with stock replenishment and store operations
  • Support the Store Manager with daily retail and administrative tasks

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

  • Previous retail or beauty sales experience (cosmetics, fashion, or skincare preferred)
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to work towards sales targets and KPIs in a retail environment
  • A passion for beauty and helping customers feel confident
  • A keen eye for detail and flair for visual merchandising
  • Reliable, positive, and enthusiastic attitude with great teamwork
  • Must available at least 3 full days per week
