Exciting Opportunity at our Priceline Pharmacy, Penrith Westfield.

We have just rebranded to Priceline Pharmacy; we are expanding and are in need of 2 pharmacy assistants (full-time to part-time) with solid beauty knowledge.

Your role as pharmacy assistant and beauty advisor will focus on the following:

• Deliver exceptional customer service by providing personalised beauty advice and product recommendations, ensuring each customer feels valued and well-cared for.
• Expert beauty consultations including customer makeup applications and skincare recommendations, tailored to individual needs.
• Drive sales by staying up-to-date with current promotions, new products, and beauty industry trends.
• Maintain stock levels and merchandising standards, ensuring shelves are well-presented and fully stocked.
• Showcase our beauty lines through personal presentation, demonstrating the quality and appeal of our products.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth day-to-day store operations and a seamless customer experience.

Skills & Experience required:

• A qualification or experience in Makeup Artistry is highly regarded.
• Prior retail experience in beauty or pharmacy, with a strong customer service background.
• A minimum of 6-12 months' retail experience in a beauty or pharmacy environment is required.
• A passion for cosmetics and skincare, with the ability to inspire and educate customers.
• Confidence in conducting customer makeovers and providing tailored beauty solutions.
• Some experience in makeup application and customer makeovers is required.
• A team player with a proactive attitude, able to support different areas of the store when required.
