About the Role:
An exciting opportunity is presented to work within the Northern Adelaide Local Health Network as a Medical Management Facilitator with the Aged Care, Rehabilitation and Palliative Care Division, Modbury Hospital on a full-time, fixed-term contract through to 4 August 2028. If you thrive in complex health environments and bring a sharp eye for process, patient flow, and medical administration, this is a role where your work directly shapes care delivery across the northern Adelaide community.
What You'll Be Doing
Coordinating and facilitating medical management processes including medical rosters, medical recruitment and leave management.
Ensure the effective and efficient operation of medical administration functions within the Division.
Oversees and coordinates the recruitment of medical staff within the specified timeframes.
Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives aligned with NALHN's strategic priorities and SA Health standards
What You'll Bring
Demonstrated experience in a health administration, clinical coordination, or medical management role within an acute or hospital setting.
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build effective working relationships across multidisciplinary teams.
High-level organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities under pressure
Familiarity with SA Health systems, policies, compliance frameworks and enterprise agreements is highly regarded

In this role you will have strong interpersonal and communication skills which will enable you to successfully problem solve, resolve conflicts and negotiate, including the ability to engage in difficult conversations, whilst building and maintaining relationships. An ability to effectively manage multiple, diverse and competing priorities and demonstrated resilience within a stressful and complex environment is essential to this role.
You will be joining a dynamic and expanding Local Health Network that is committed to delivering contemporary, innovative and high‑quality health services within modern facilities.
