We are currently seeking a Medical Receptionist to join our team in I-MED Randwick NeuRa.
The role involves 8.5 hour shifts from Monday to Friday between the hours of 7 :20am-5:30pm .
This is a full-time position , offering a 76-hour fortnight with one rostered day off.
Role Overview:
As a Medical Receptionist , you will be the first point of contact for our patients.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Greeting patients warmly and assisting with check-in procedures.
- Answering emails and phone calls promptly and handling inquiries professionally.
- Advising patients of preparation prior to relevant scans.
- Billing procedures – private, Medicare, workers compensation, and DVA.
What we’re looking for:

✅ Strong organisational abilities to manage appointments and patient flow.
✅ Confidence working across multiple screens and systems.
✅ A strong background in customer service or reception.
