Reporting to the Office Supervisor, this role is a full-time position working Monday - Friday between 7:30am-6pm .

Role Overview:

As a Medical Receptionist , you will be the first point of contact for our patients.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Greeting patients warmly and assisting with check-in procedures.
  • Answering emails and phone calls promptly and handling inquiries professionally.
  • Advising patients of preparation prior to relevant scans.
  • Billing procedures – private, Medicare, workers compensation, and DVA.
  • Collaborating with clerical and technical staff, radiologists, and referrers.
