The role
The primary purpose of this role is to provide timely and accurate administration of Eligibility processes which include providing customer service to our stakeholders and a variety of administrative tasks.
About the role
- Coordinating a variety of administrative tasks, including Receipt of claim Calls, Provisional Payments and communication between injured workers and medical professionals
- Maintaining accurate file notes on customer interactions and supporting with maintenance of cataloguing system
- Providing administration assistance to the Eligibility Officers as required
- Ensuring that customer expectations are exceeded, and business objectives met through exceptional customer service
- Demonstrates excellent administration skills with high attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in data entry and organizational tasks.
- Possesses strong written and verbal communication skills, confidently engaging with customers via phone and email as required
- Proficient in MS Word and Excel, with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new software systems
- Skilled in managing time effectively, working at a fast pace, and adapting to changing business needs
- A passion for leveraging emerging technologies to stay ahead in a rapidly evolving digital landscape
