We're looking for a friendly, professional, and highly organised Medical Receptionist to join our growing practice.

About the Role
- Triaging Patients
- Booking and managing appointments using Best Practice Software
- Answering incoming calls and responding to patient enquiries
- Maintaining accurate patient records and confidential information
- Managing referrals, correspondence, and general administration
- Supporting doctors and healthcare professionals with day-to-day practice operations
About You
We're looking for someone who:
- Has previous reception, administration, or customer service experience
- Is confident using computer systems and learning new software
- Has experience using Best Practice software (highly regarded)
- Communicates professionally and compassionately with patients
- Is organised, proactive, and able to multitask
- Enjoys working in a fast-paced team environment
- Has strong attention to detail and a positive attitude
