Admin – NDIS Provider | Part-Time | Hybrid

Pristine Care Solutions
Bundoora, VIC
Permanent Part-Time | 10 Hours Per Week
$25–$32 per hour + superannuation
Hybrid – Work From Home + External Stakeholder Visits

About the Role

Pristine Care Solutions is seeking a confident, organised and proactive Admin to support our growing NDIS organisation.

This is not a traditional desk-based administration role. While the position includes general administration and email management, a key focus will be developing and maintaining relationships with referral networks across the disability, healthcare and community services sectors.

You will work directly with the Director and assist with contacting Support Coordinators, Local Area Coordinators, hospital liaison teams, allied health providers and other relevant organisations to introduce Pristine Care’s services, follow up referral opportunities and support new participant enquiries.

When a participant chooses to commence services with Pristine Care, you will also assist with the initial intake and onboarding process.

The position will initially be 10 hours per week, with the potential for additional hours in the future depending on performance, business growth and operational requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Managing emails and general administrative tasks
  • Making outbound calls to Support Coordinators, LACs, hospital liaison teams, allied health providers and other referral networks
  • Introducing Pristine Care and our available NDIS services professionally
  • Following up referral opportunities and stakeholder enquiries
  • Maintaining regular contact with referral networks
  • Building professional relationships with external stakeholders
  • Attending hospitals, community organisations, networking events and stakeholder meetings when required
  • Responding to new participant enquiries
  • Assisting with participant intake and onboarding once referrals commence
  • Collecting required information and documentation for new participants
  • Coordinating initial meetings and service commencement arrangements
  • Maintaining accurate referral and stakeholder records
  • Following up outstanding information and actions
  • Keeping management updated regarding referral opportunities and outcomes
  • Providing a brief weekly activity report directly to the Director
  • Assisting with other reasonable administrative and operational tasks when required

Working Arrangement

This is a permanent part-time position commencing at 10 hours per week.

The role offers a flexible hybrid arrangement, including:

  • Work from home
  • Telephone and email-based stakeholder engagement
  • External referral and networking meetings
  • Hospital and community stakeholder visits when required

The successful applicant will report directly to the Director.

Additional hours may become available as the organisation grows and depending on performance and operational requirements.

Travel

The role may require travel to:

  • Hospitals
  • Allied health clinics
  • Support Coordination organisations
  • Community organisations
  • Networking events
  • Other referral or stakeholder meetings

Approved business-related kilometres will be reimbursed in accordance with Pristine Care’s travel arrangements.

A valid driver’s licence and access to a reliable vehicle are therefore highly desirable.

Remuneration

$28–$32 per hour + superannuation, depending on experience and capability and subject to applicable employment requirements.

An additional performance-based incentive scheme is available for agreed referral and participant commencement outcomes.

Further details regarding the incentive structure will be discussed with shortlisted candidates.
