Position Details:

  • Salary: $96,965.27 + 12% Superannuation
  • Roster: 14 days on, 7 days off (12-hour shifts)
  • FIFO from Adelaide or Port Augusta to our South Australia village

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily administrative tasks and site documentation
  • Coordinate rosters, timesheets and site communications
  • Support onboarding, workforce mobilisation and compliance processes
  • Assist site leadership and operational teams as required

  • Experience using INX for workforce mobilisation, onboarding, travel and compliance is highly regarded
  • Exposure to site‑based workforce systems (e.g. INX, SAP or similar) will be viewed favourably
