-
Develop, review and maintain training materials, digital learning resources, online modules, and program documentation to ensure alignment with best-practice standards and regulatory requirements.
-
Provide scientific and technical expertise, including troubleshooting point-of-care testing devices and software, supporting quality management systems, and assisting with program reporting.

-
Degree-qualified in Medical Science or a related discipline, with experience in microbial pathology and/or molecular point-of-care testing (desirable), including the application of relevant quality and regulatory standards.
-
Experienced in developing, editing and maintaining digital learning packages, training materials and online education content, with exposure to learning management systems and eLearning platforms highly regarded.
-
Demonstrated scientific, analytical and technical skills, including the ability to troubleshoot POCT devices, manage data, prepare reports, and maintain clear and accurate records.
