Your Mission
- Drive service contract growth across ANZ.
- Ensure all contracts and pricing agreements comply with legal, regulatory, and company standards.
- Ensuring contractual service obligations are met.
- Analyse service contract pricing performance, margins, and market trends, recommending adjustments to optimise profitability.
- Drive the service contract review process to ensure contracts remain current, compliant and commercially sound.
- Support bids, tenders and proposals by ensuring service contract terms are competitive and compliant.
- Work with Customer Solutions Leads to monitor field-based service KPIs.
- Provide customer-facing support to the sales team on contract value propositions and benefits.
Your Talents
- Tertiary qualifications in Business, Health studies or similar.
- Experience selling to multiple stakeholders in the medical device sector, including service contracts.
- Extensive experience managing large field-based service teams; minimum five years preferred.
- Experience in SAP and Salesforce is essential.
