Responsibilities

  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to medical equipment, ensuring minimal downtime for critical devices
  • Perform routine maintenance and calibration of medical systems to uphold safety standards and operational efficiency
  • Use schematics, technical manuals, and wiring diagrams to troubleshoot hardware and electrical problems accurately
  • Conduct inspections of mechanical components and replace worn or damaged parts using hand tools and mechanical knowledge
  • Manage computer networking aspects of medical devices, including connectivity and data transfer issues
  • Assist with installation, setup, and testing of new medical equipment in clinical settings
  • Document all service activities thoroughly, including repairs, maintenance logs, and troubleshooting steps for future reference
