Monash Imaging at Clayton incorporates Monash Medical Centre (MMC); Monash Children’s Hospital (MCH); and the Victorian Heart Hospital (VHH); these Monash sites provide more than 200,000 imaging examinations per year. Imaging at Monash Health clearly defines its purpose as the delivery of leading-edge, evidence-based diagnostic and therapeutic imaging services, research and education that meets the needs of our community. This is evidenced by the large number of publications, research and beta agreements currently in place. The collaborative agreements and published research are indicators of leadership and expertise in the field of Radiology.
About the Role
The Grade 4 MRI Site Supervisor is responsible for the day-to-day operational leadership of MRI services at Monash Medical Centre. The successful applicant will provide clinical, technical and operational oversight, ensuring safe, efficient and high-quality patient care in accordance with Monash Health values and MRI safety standards.
About You
Highly motivated MIT with extensive MRI experience and advanced MRI clinical knowledge.
Demonstrated commitment to excellence in MRI practice and the values of Monash Health and Monash Radiology.
Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to adapt to changing clinical demands, operational priorities and workforce requirements.
A commitment to patient safety, staff development and continuous service improvement.
Mandatory requirements of the role
